Apologies, this happened a few weeks ago which means reporting the logs is not possible at this point. Though reproducing the issue is quite simple: make sure to trigger a auto-focus routine at the same time the Meridian flip is supposed to happen.
While it doesn't occur very often, it can have pretty serious implication for the imaging routine.
