ASIAIR Plus GoTo and Mount control

Hi all,

I have been having couple of issues off late and I am not too sure as to why its , hoping somebody on this forum have encountered the same and provide some clues as to what is going on with ASIAIR app on IOS?

When I use GoTo function, it typically slews to the object and then does "Validate object centered" but off late I notice it just slews and then no valdiation, not sure what's going on here. Due to this I will have either plate solve again or do a "go to" again and make sure the framing is positioned properly!
The mount control in the main screen doesn't work, at some point this use to work but not anymore. when I press arrow keys nothing happens.

Hope some one here on the forum will be able to help me get this fixed?

For question #2, just above the arrows is a rate tab. Increase the rate.

mranch1 Thanks. I had that all the way up at some point and forgot to check it again. It did fall back to default and I did not notice it!. So I thought I had a problem, wondering how to set the rate at high that can sustain reboots?

I will do it at the next opportunity as it presents, last week was a washout with clouds setting in.

What equipment do you have? i.e. Mount, Cameras, Scopes, Filters/Filter wheel, etc etc.
How do you have it all connected with usb/data cables?
How do you have it all powered?
Do you successfully do the following before choosing a target to Go To for the night:
Good enough focus > Main Camera focal length to 0 > Preview Mode - Exposure - Plate Solve to set Main Camera focal length > Mount Settings - Go Home > Polar Alignment Routine completed successfully > Mount Settings - Go Home > Mount Settings - Sync Mount > Go To bright star > refine focus > Mount Settings - Go Home
What type of target are you going to when this happens? i.e. does it happen for all types of objects?

I have ioptron CEM65 mount with ASI2600 MC pro. I use L-extreme filter and no filter wheel as my camera is OSC. I connect my mount via RJ45 - USB cable to ASIAIR and also connect the guide port to my guide scope. I power the mount separately as I notice i do not have enough to power them all with the ASIAIR plus.

I typically focus and then plate solve and choose a bright star (other than polaris) to "go to", thats when I notice the problem of not getting centered. I re-center by doing a go-to again and then move to polar alignment. After successful polar alignment, I slew to a DSO target, again encounter the same issue of not validate center issue but i keep repeating the go-to to achieve the centering.

Not sure if I am missing anything here but it use to do the validation before but of late i haven't seen it happen.

Any pointers appreciated

I'm struggling to find any information on the iOptron CEM65 mount. You sure you have that model right? Can't find it at all on the iOptron website: https://www.ioptron.com/category-s/100.htm
