Tech@ZWO Well your colleague did get back with me on the 8th and said it would ship that day and would get a tracking number. Today is the 10th and still shows in processing and haven’t heard anything back. This was ordered on the 3rd. Thanks for your help. Just going on a trip and need this by next Friday!
