AsiAir Pro doesn't detect USB key

Hi ,
Since this evening, my AsiAsir Pro no longer recognizes the USB key.
When I want to transfer the files from the SD CARD to the USB key, it only offers me DELETE as a choice. And there is no indication of the presence of the key in the AsiAir menus. Have you ever had this happen? Thanks

777liner Can you see the USB key under the FILES tab?
1 Connect the USB key to your computer to verify if it works fine.
2 test it with other devices on the ASIAIR Pro, and connect other devices to the USB ports to see if the USB ports work fine.
