Rokitaegor We received some similar reports on az gti, there is a conflict betweent the synscan app and ASIAIR app. so can not use them at the same time.
Try this:
1 Quit synscan app and power of SA GTI mount.
2 Power on the mount, and connect it in the ASIAIR app, do not run the synscan app any more.
In this case, it should work fine.
