2600MC with exposure failure

Hello,

I have a second hand 2600MC and it has started saying exposure failure. It connects and cools but does not produce an image.

I have tried it with a USB2 cable, separate USB3 cables, on separate computers and also tried ASI Studio in administrator mode. The driver has also been replaced.

What else should I try? If it is a camera fault how do I get it repaired? Can someone from ZWO tell me what I need to do for repair?

Phaese Please also test with different 12V power suplies, and do not use any hub and too long cables.
