On my old AM5, the one I got last year, I get arc-second error as low as .25". Some nights it never goes higher than .5" the whole night, I expect as good or better from the new AM5, but we'll see. I'm going to a dark sky site soon and will test it out.
What I notice about your PE Error Report is that your waveform is rather smooth, it doesn't have all the jagged lines that my new mount has. I have no idea whether this will affect guiding or not. Honestly, all I really care about are results, the quality of my images. I'll leave the engineering and math problems to those trained in those fields...
Yeah, guiding around .7" is fine when your focal length is 500 or 600mm. But with my Edge and a reducer I am already up to 1422mm FL and without reducer over 2000mm. That's when everything--guiding, PA, seeing conditions, wind, focusing--all become more critical.
