New imagiing train setup (all ZWO)

I just assembled my first imaging train using an OAG. My questions concern the focusing of the guide camera.
I have the following:

ASI6200MM bolted on to a
7 position 2" EFW bolted onto a
OAG-L with an ASI 174MM mini with the
M54 tilt adapter attached to the telescope side of the OAG-L
For the initial focusing of the guide camera, I will have the camera all the way into the helical focuser and the focuser at its mid-point. Does this make sense?
I understand that the distances to both of the camera sensors need to match but since this is a standard setup, I would hope there would be a standard starting point.

Plug the camera all the way into the helical focuser is needed, and the focus position also lies the prism position.
