Guider too bright and not following properly. Gama settings?

Hi!
My guider is just too bright. I can barely see the stars. All videos I check, it’s a black screen with multiple / 5+ stars being followed.

My guider just follows 1, 2 max stars. I’ve tried literally everything. Dark library, every gain possible…I don’t know what to do.

ASI120mm Mini in a 60/230mm guide scope.
The dark image is an image from a friend. The white one is mine.

There’s a gama or brightness settings I’m unaware off? Anyone has faced this?
