My 12V 5amp regulated power supply for the ASI2600MC camera died. I use a Pyramid 13.8V regulated power supply for my AP1200 mount. Is it safe to use a 13.8V power supply with the 2600MC?
bishopeyes If reed specification, ASI say that.
It COULD work, but I wouldn't trust overpowering a camera... I fried my A7III doing that. A small 1.8 volt jump can be harmful if used for long enough.
