ASIAIR Plus no hotspot showing.

Hello all. I am having difficulty connecting to the ASIAIR Plus wifi connection. I am not seeing the ASIAIR net work on either my Android Pixel and iPad. Both have been updated to the current versions. And I am getting a steady red and flashing green led.
I've searched this forum for solutions and havent found one. I did see a post on how to reset the WIFI and to no avail. Any ideas? And of course Happy New Year to both sides of the date line.. 🙂

CaptainAstro Do you hear the beep after you power on the ASIAIR? and do the wifi LED and power output LED light on?

Tech@ZWO No beep or light. I am going to try to get in through Ethernet next. I'm thinking it needs a firmware update.It was working last January when I last used it. Thanks for the reply.

I do get all the lights eccept Wifi light.

CaptainAstro The output power port LED lights on as well?
If there is no beep which means the system does not boot up, it may need to ship back for repair.
You can contact the seller for that.

I used it once and after a few months not using it it turned into a brick? I only know that the Power and Sys lights are on. Where is the output light? Not pleased with ZWO right now. And I am all ZWO.

We are sorry for the trouble, we provide 2 years warranty for ASIAIR Plus, yours should within warranty now.

That's good news. July 22. I ended up getting a new one from the company that sold the first one to me. I will send the broken one back for repair.
