Enable tracking failure with ASIAIR Plus

Hi!
I cannot start tracking with my ASIAIR PLUS. Are there something that I am missing?
My set up is,
ASSIAIR Plus, HEQ5 mount with SynScan hand controller, selecting mount as SKYWATCHER SynScan, SynScan hand controller is connected to the ASIAIR Plus via USB cable.
Camera is ASI294 MC Pro.

Get an EQDIR cable, connect the Hamd Control port on the mount to a Usb 2.0 port on the ASIAIR Plus, set mount type as EQMOD Mount, and pack away the hand controller.

Sir, I got a EQDIR cable and connected it between HEQ5 and ASIAIR plus. Not so successful yet. ASIAIR did not rexognize my mount. Are there any selection in settings, such as Serial, Braud, Ethernet, IP and Port?

So, assuming you've connected the EQDIR cable correctly:

Make sure your mount is turned on. Remember - do not power the mount from the ASIAIR power output. The mount should always be powered using its own power supply.
Go into the ASIAIR App. Go to the Mount Settings page. Select the dropdown box and scroll down to "EQMOD Mount". Select that and enable it.

Once you do this your Mount Settings screen should look like this:
