External drive not connecting

My hard drive was working perfectly when plugged into ASIAIR plus for data aquisition. Then suddenly it stopped recognizing the drive. Have used several drives to no avail. Is there a way to reset that option?

cubanvirgil Do you mean the USB port on the ASIAIR Plus can not recognize hard drive now?
Could you please do this to rule out the problem first?
1 Connect the USB drive to PC to see if it works
2 Connect other device to the USB port on ASIAIR Plus, do these ports work fine?

BTW, restart the ASIAIR Plus is also needed, thank you.
