Adapter for Nikon Z Mount Lenses

Hi - short question: is there an adapter for Nikon Z mount lenses to adapt those lenses to (e.g.) an Asi 2600MC Pro? Or is that useless, because these lenses cannot be controlled manually? I ask because they are optically top and would make a great widefield setup with a 2600. Thanks, Alex
