Add Support for Flip Flat Panels.

I love my ASIAIR but unfortunately I'll be saying goodbye to it soon.
I'm going fully remote, and I wish I could use the AIR for it.
What stops me is:

No rotator.
No flip-panel.

If you had those two things, you'd have an entire Remote Observing market at your fingertips. As it stands, we have to say goodbye to our AIRs in this scenario.
