I've been trying to get help with a connection problem with my ASI6200 MM Pro since September 2023. I requested help by email, which was answered at the beginning. Unfortunately, I have not received any feedback since November. After repeated requests, I contacted the info@zwoptical.com address in December. Again, I have not received any feedback, even after asking again a few days ago.
Why is there no more support? Why am I not getting any feedback on my questions?
