oh man, this support is really totally disappointing. No feedback either by e-mail or here in the forum.
In the meantime, 137 days have passed since I described the problem in ZWO Support. No help to date. For a very expensive 6200MM Pro.

Yeah. Support is definitely a weakness with ZWO for a while now (correlation - and possible causation - can be linked to AM3/AM5 and Seestar being released). Really hoping they improve.
It's not great, but somehow it's also reassuring that I'm not the only one affected. I was beginning to think I was an exception, as it takes so long. It's a shame that ZWO is so poorly positioned here.

I have 4 ZWO cameras including a 2600MM pro that just quit downloading images. I bought my first ZWO camera about 4 years ago and forgot how bad their support was. Seems nothing has changed (seems like it's always the Chinese New Year (somewhere). I requested support on troubleshooting my 2600 and found this thread. No response. I had been considering purchasing a 6200MM until I remembered all the problems I've had with ZWO support. If you need something fixed, you'll need to learn to do it yourself. The camera hardware is generally good, but support sucks.
