AsiAir Plus DC out port #1 dead

The DC Out port #1 on my AsiAir Plus stopped working. The red LED doesn't come on. It shows 0.02V or 0.03V when i turn it on. I am trying to power my 533MC Pro camera from it, but no camera is listed in the dropdown. The other 3 ports show normal voltage (13.3V) when i turn them on, and they have the red LED on. The camera works on all of the other ports.

I am powering the AsiAir Plus from a 10A 13.8V car charger port on my power station. I have never used the other 3 ports, only the port #1 to power the camera. Dew heaters and the guide camera are always powered from the USB ports.

So i am wondering what is the cause? A dead capacitor? Or something else? Attaching screenshot below.

If/when it gets resolve please come back in here and post the resolution.

Another choice is to speak to the vendor you purchased it from it wasn't ZWO and go through them for a warranty claim if it is still under warranty.

In terms of diagnosis:

When you shut down the ASIAIR do you make sure to tell the ASIAIR to shutdown in the App then wait a minute before switching it off with its power switch? This is critical as not doing this - and just simply turning the ASIAIR Plus off by flicking the power switching or turning it off at the power outlet - can damage the ASIAIR.
Make sure to slide all those power sliders to the off position. Shutdown the ASIAIR using the shutdown slider. Wait a few minutes. Turn ASIAIR Plus power switch off.
With the ASIAIR Plus turned off - disconnect everything form the ASIAIR Plus (i.e. nothing in power outputs and nothing in usb ports). Make sure ASIAIR Plus power switch is off. Disconnect ASIAIR from power outlet as well. Leave it like that for a day.
Reconnect power supply to the ASIAIR. Turn the power supply on at power outlet. Turn ASIAIR Plus on with power switch and wait a few minutes. Connect to the ASIAIR Plus with the ASIAIR App.
Now - connect just the camera - and nothing else - to power outlet 1. Only the power - still nothing on any of the USB ports. With this setup - see if enabling the slider powers on the Camera.

I always use the slider in the app to shut it down, and then flip the on/off switch to OFF. I will test it again tomorrow, with just the camera on the port #1, as per your instructions.

It's not under warranty anymore. I would love to send it to ZWO so they can refurbish it, if such an option existed. I was just looking to see if there was someone with the same issue and if/how they resolved it.

I can write a support ticket, and post it here for others to see if got resolved.

Other than that, i have already ordered a new unit. Will keep using this one as well, the other 3 ports work fine (for now).

I also tried to do the steps above, i left the asiair disconnected from everything over night and tried to power the camera this morning, however i still get the same issue.
