Frame rotation - no screen update

Recently I ran into an issue with frame rotation. After rotating the camera and pressing "Refresh" it counts down the seconds but then remains in "Loading ...", i.e. it doesn't refresh the screen. I've had no problems in the past.

nightsky54 What is the camera and telescope? please back to the preview mode and take an image, then tap plate solve to see it works.

Tech@ZWO ASI2600MC Pro and Askar FRA300. I usually plate solve and syncronize after moving to the target.

nightsky54 Needs more information to analyze the problem, Could you please take some screenshots or video to show me the process.
And back to the preview mode and take an image, then tap plate solve to see it works.
If the images look fine but the plate solve fails, please send us the images.
If there is a block on images or not enough stars, that is why the PA stuck at loading.

Addendum: Shifting the frame up/down is ok. Only refresh after camera rotation fails.

It was stuck at loading, not plate solve, I'm not sure what happened, can you please reproduce the problem and submit the bug report in the ASIAIR app for further analysis?
BTW, we will release the new version ASIAIR APP soon, please also try that if you receive the update notice, thank you.

Thanks for your response. I'm wondering why this came up now, because I used frame rotation before and haven't had any problems with it (although I don't know how long it's failing). I also deleted the app and reinstalled, but the problem remains. Interestingly, just shifting the frame is ok.

nightsky54 Sorry for the trouble, we located the problem and will fix it in the next version.
Before that you can change the exposure time of auto center in the mount settings, then change back to the original time, the problem will solved.

Tech@ZWO Hello again ... after installation of the latest release, the problem with frame rotation (screen not refreshing after camera rotation) appears again. See my report above. The workaround you provided works, but it's annoying to always go back to mount settings. Would be nice to have that fixed again.

The problem was fixed in one version, don‘t remember which one. Then it came back and stayed. It is really annoying 🙁

Thank you very much for coming back to me. Unfortunately I reassly don’t remember the software version(s) where it worked. Again with newer versions I have to exit end re-enter the sky chart to see the rotation update.
