I'm having a problem connecting on my Samsung A53 5G phone. it seems to be bluetooth related. Tried a Samsung A70 phone and the app works ok. Is there anyone with a similar problem?
bubba You can upload the logs and let technicians help you check the problem.

bubba Go onto the "Me" tab at the bottom right of the app. Then click the Settings button top left. Then "Report Bug & Log". Do immediately after trying to connect so the log has what they need.
My Samsung A51 phone connected ok. My tablet didn't until I switched frequencies in the tablet. Then no more problems. Don't know if this will help you or not...try it?
