Unable to update Seestar internal firmware

After downloading the new version of th application (1.6.2) and rebooted my Seestar (Reset), the firmware updated (2.42) and the application works now.

Firmware update (mandatory) start to count from 1 to 100. Then you got the message update failed. I reissue the update.
When reaching 100 the yellow light is blinking for ever. I fix the problem by dropping internet then restart the link. Click on observe and go.

With the new Ver. 1.16.2 app, the firmware update was successful and I can now use the Seestar app.

Unfortunately I still cannot update from Firmware 2.25. I have submitted a bug report via the S50 Android app and I have also sent an email to ZWO support with the "android_logger.zip" following firmware update attempts (referencing my Android App ticket number).
I have been stuck on Firmware 2.25 since Jan 24. App 1.15.0 (Firmware 2.30) Failed. Apps 1.16.1 and 1.16.2 (Firmware 2.42) failed. All Appas were from ZWO site, but did also try 1.16.2 from Play Store.
I have used a Pixel 8 Pro (Android 14), Samsung S21 (Android 13), Huawei Mate (Android 9) and a Samsung A8 (Android 14).
I have tried Station Mode off and on. 5G Wi-Fi and 2.4 G Wi-Fi.
I have reset Seestar using bottom button.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Android App. Cleared Cache etc.
I think I have tried everything many many times.

ZWO should finally tell their customers how to do a HW reset to stock FW. It's a shame that the customer has to wait and can't easily solve their problem by themselves. This is despotic behavior. Realize that you are living off our money, so act accordingly.

I saw app 1.16.3 was released. Tried it and firmware update still fails. I even tried my really old Sony laptop running Android 8 and it also fails to update the firmware. I cant see how its a device issue. I will email logs again to ZWO support.

I had to switch my phone from 2g connection to 5g. It then did the update successfully.

Had the same issue, I the installed the app on a different device to do the updated on the Seestar after that it worked normally.
Also on the new version the Filter button has gone missing and it now says Brightness, has anyone else seen this?

Digital Don Same problem but solved using old android 9.
