EFW No Longer Recognized

My 5x2" EFW is no longer be recognized by any computer after updating my EAF. On my Ubuntu Linux based imaging computer, if I run lsusb I see all other devices connected to the computer, but the EFW does not show up. I tried unplugging all other USB devices from the computer and only had the EFW plugged in, but it does not show up.
This started happening after I updated the firmware on my EAF which was having problems. I ran the EAFUpdate tool and it flashed the firmware on the EAF just fine. But after that, the EFW was no longer recognized.
How can I bootstrap/revive the EFW?

Tech@ZWO The only firmware update tool I have is for the EAF, not the EFW. Can you provide a link to the EFW firmware tool please?

Then no, the firmware update tool does not see the EFW when it is plugged in. When both the EAF and EFW are plugged in, it only sees the EAF. When only the EAF is plugged in it sees the EAF. When only the EFW is plugged in it doesn't find any devices.
I've tried multiple different computers: Macbook, Linux, Windows 11.
Is there a way to get a replacement control board for it? Or control board and motor?

enigmatic If no devices appear in the firmware update tool, your EFW may need to ship back for repair, please contact the seller for after-sales service.
