brattlarquer When you click "Gazing" and cannot observe, is there a prompt on the screen? If there is no prompt, you can try to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
Or you can upload the problem log and let the technicians help you troubleshoot the problem.
Click "Me" at the bottom of the Seestar App, enter the page, and click the settings icon in the upper right corner to see the function of uploading logs.
