So I have been enjoying the Duo for about 5 months. Excellent guiding performance, even with NB filters.
The last 7 or 8 sessions I have had the camera intermittently disconnect from the ASI Air. I posted on Cloudy Nights, and received suggestions for different connecting cords. I have tried the OEM ZWO USB3, and a replacement USB3 and a replacement USB2.
I still get intermittent drops.
I have filled in an RMA form with ZWO, as I suspect there is a bad connector in the camera itself? All the other devices connected to the ASI Air stay perfectly connected, EAF, AM5, etc.
Posting here in hopes someone else has a good idea of how to sort this out.
