[unknown] What is the version of ASIAIR app? we fixed some bugs of DSLR in the newest V2.1.4.
Could you please upgrade to this version and try again?

Hi, after I installed ASIAIR V2.1.4 (06.11) it came to the failures.
I was not able to send the Bag Report
< I selected type of issue
< wrote a short text / massage
< pressed Upload Log
But I was not sure that this was send. The window popped up again.
However, I finished the session and did some checks.

I powered the ASIR Plus and ASI585MC-Pro separately. Same failure !
I reinstalled the ASIAIR App on my iPad (iOS version 17.5.1) Same failure !
After it was indicated in the iPad “Auto reconnecting….” Indication and information in iPad display got lost (e.g. camera, WIFI and mount …)
so, I was not able to switch to any mode (e.g. Autorun, Preview …) or do any other remote activity.
but the Wi-Fi to ASIAIR were still connected. But sometimes it got lost Wi-Fi and Asiair was trying to reconnecting without success.
I made 13 print screens from what I saw on my iPad.

I only use 2.4Ghz and station Mode OFF
I also restarted my iPad on the next day.
Due to bad weather conditions (Rain) I could not try by night (only during the daylight).
I waiting now for the result.

my setup:
ASIAIR Plus, ASI585MC-Pro, ASI120mmMini (ASI174Mini), SA-GTI (AVX), iPad

... and I disabled Auto Connecting my home WIFI as last action.

After I did some actions:

AISIAIR App  reinstalled (v 2.1.4. 811.06)
iPad Pro reinstalled
Software mount SA-GTI updated 
checked and changed all settings in ASIAIR Plus
I connected the APP and did some tests: 
Go Home = ok 
test Go to "Vega" = ok
Preview (EXP 1 s) = ok
everything worked as is should be.   
My conclusion:  When the update started during my session (PA) it changed personal settings into factory settings ??? Updates should not run during running sessions. Only when the app starts.
Now it kooks o, but let wait after I do a real session on the next possible CS night. I will keep you informed.

Do you refer to the firmware update or APP update? the former only happens when you run the new version app.
The latter lies on your APP store, ASIAIR app itself does not update automatically

Sounds to me like an iOS issue. I use Andorid tablets. I have two Air Plus controllers on two separate rigs. I have never had an Air update during an imaging run. If there is an update available it always starts BEFORE the tablet can make a connection to Air.

I recently installed v2.1.4 (11.06) of the ASIAIR android app and updated my ASIAIR Plus units to the latest firmware version (v1.3.7) and would like to report a potential software bug.

Since the updates were made, my location is not being properly identified by the app and I have to manually enter my GPS coordinates each time I use the controllers.

When I click on Refresh Location Info, a "Locate Sucess" message is returned, but the coordinates are always the same and are incorrect (the GPS coordinates are in China and I'm in the US)

Longitude Error. Longitude is reversed when you do a location refresh and at startup, showing E instead of W. This occurs on my Google Pixel 5a, but not on my Samsung Galaxy tablet. It is repeatable, and occurs on both my ASIAir Pro and ASIAir Plus. I believe this is a new bug, but I can't be sure as I haven't used my phone to control the ASIAirs in a long time.

Correction - Lat and Long are both of Beijing, and it never picks up my location on my phone. Meanwhile on my tablet again, it starts with Beijing (except marks long W instead of E), when refreshed, it doesn't pick up my current location, but rather picks up the last location I used ASIAir. (We are travelling on a long vacation)
