I have been in contact with customer support about this camera problem. I am at the point of sending it in. I am not getting any response from ZWO via email. Is there some Chinese holiday or something? Anyone know?
I have tried everything to solve this external to the camera - cables, computers, power, etc. Nothing works. It is intermittent. Disconnecting from NINA and reconnecting always brings it back. Nothing is touched physically. There is also a command in NINA that will address this common problem. Reconnect after fail to download image.
