I am facing Issues with ZWO ASI Camera Connectivity and Imaging Quality

Hello there,

I have been experiencing with my ZWO ASI camera setup. I have camera model ZWO ASI 1600MM Pro
& Computer Windows 11 PC with Intel Core i7 and 16GB RAM, ASI Camera Driver Version: 2.0.0.0 & i used Sharpcap 4.0 software.
I have Connectivity Problems & I have been facing intermittent connectivity issues between the camera and my computer; The camera sometimes disconnects and reconnects, leading to interruptions during imaging sessions.
I have tried using different USB ports and cables but the problem persists.

When I manage to get the camera connected I am noticing a significant drop in imaging quality. The images often appear blurry and lack detail, even when using proper focusing techniques. I am using the recommended gain and exposure settings but the results are still unsatisfactory. there are any settings or calibration steps I might be missing that could improve image quality?

JASMANI Did you connect the 12V power to the camera? cooled camera needs the 12V power, otherwise may cause some disconnection or exposure failure, etc problem.
And can you please share some blurry images here? thanks.
