Tracking failed due to pointing near meridian during All Sky Align

Hello.
Regarding the subject, I use ASIAIR mini and AM3, and tried PA by All Sky Align, but the message on the photo below is shown and Tracking is stopped. Due to this, PA cannot be done when the telescope is pointing near meridian after the second rotation.

That might be some limitation by software.
I cannot see the Polaris from my balcony, so if the limitation is removed, I can do PA without taking much time.

To ZWO technical team,
Could you let me know if it can be removed?
If not, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the reason why it is limited.

Maru. Thank you for your feedback. The software limits tracking near the meridian to prevent the telescope from potentially hitting the tripod legs. This precaution is necessary to avoid equipment damage. We understand this may be inconvenient, but it's for safety.

I’ll try PA avoid pointing the meridian after the second rotation.

PMTeam@ZWO In addition, is it the same reason that live stacking is stopped around meridian when using Live? If so, is it possible to add the meridian flip to the function for it?
