Did you intentionally set the Declination Guide mode to North-only? If so, why?

It looks like the only time declination was moved was during a dither. Other than the dithers, declination is just drifting due to imprecise polar alignment, because the north-only mode that you have selected had prevented south correction pulses from getting through.
If you feel that your mount really guides better with a north-only or south-only guiding, you must reverse the declination mode between north-only and south-only after a meridian flip. Otherwise, just set the declination mode to auto.
