Hi, I have an ASI 2600MCPRO camera purchased in 2020, for some time it has not downloaded images anymore. I tried with the ASIstudios SW but it crashes when it has to download, not even with Voyager and maxim it works. I replaced the USB3 cable and the power supply but without results. I would like to point out that since the beginning of the purchase it has always given me disconnection problems but when I turned it off it would then restart, now instead it crashes immediately at the first acquisition. Tell me what I can do.
