ASIAIR PRO CRASH

I have a serious problem with my ASIAIR PRO (v2.15) that I use with my iPhone 15. After 4 years, I have resumed using my equipment, which had worked perfectly in the past. Currently, I can perform focusing, polar alignment, and autoguiding without any issues. When I take a photo in 'preview' mode, everything works normally. However, if I set up an 'autorun PLAN', for example, 20 photos at 60 seconds each, after completing the first shot, during the image transfer to the iPhone, the transfer gets stuck, and the ASIAIR loses connection, beeps, and I have to wait for it to restart. This seems to happen only after the first shot in this mode. On the second shot in autorun, it crashes. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

I simPly changed my power supply with a 12V 5A ONE. IT GOES LIKE A CHARM!!!!

I just updated the firmware to 2.1.5(11.08) and since then, when in "Plan Mode", it won't slew and recenter after completing the first sequence (I setup 6 sequence plans of the same target) of 10 images. It will say slewing but it won't and then I noticed that my telescope, main camera and guide camera would all disconnect or sometimes just one of the 3 would disconnect. I have to turn off the ASIAIR Plus and re-do the polar align and restart the plan, from where I left off. After 2-3 sequences, it happens again. This is so weird as this has never happened before.

Last night I was troubleshooting my issue and I noticed in my power setup inside the ASIAIR app, my voltage for slots 2 and 3 were running high at 14.7 and 14.9 volts. I am not sure if this could be the problem. I power up my mount and camera with my ASIAIR Plus. Maybe this could be the issue? The ASIAIR shuts down when voltage is too high?

RonBob Could you please let us know what power adapter you're using? It would be helpful if you could upload a photo of it here.

A friend of mine said that’s his ASIAIR Pro does not start with a Voltage over 14V.

So I assume this „could“ explain your Problem.

ZWO claims that the ASIAIR works between 11 and 15 volts.

I received one that would not boot when the supply is above 13.8 volts. I returned it to the dealer.

Folks, if the device does not work as advertised, stop wasting your time. Return it.
