I think it just means that the AutoFocus process was triggered by some external event, rather than started manually by you.
The Auto trigger settings are found in ASIAIR Focuser > Auto Focus > "Run Autofocus in AuotoRunPlan." It includes options to force an autofocus after the EAF temperature sensor has change by N degrees, after switching to another filter, after an auto meridian flip, etc.
The ASIAIR does not reboot. It simply pauses autorun, when some even triggers the autofocus, and then resume the autorun after it is done.
