Trigger Mode by Autofocus

Hi,

If there is an automatic reboot due to a temperature change, for example, when this is activated, this is displayed as a message. As far as I know, it also indicates who, e.g. when 2 hours have passed. But what does it mean if it only says “Auto Trigger Mode”?

I think it just means that the AutoFocus process was triggered by some external event, rather than started manually by you.

The Auto trigger settings are found in ASIAIR Focuser > Auto Focus > "Run Autofocus in AuotoRunPlan." It includes options to force an autofocus after the EAF temperature sensor has change by N degrees, after switching to another filter, after an auto meridian flip, etc.

The ASIAIR does not reboot. It simply pauses autorun, when some even triggers the autofocus, and then resume the autorun after it is done.

yes, i have activated that AF should start by temperature change, after 2 hours, after meridian flip, after filter change. This AF is started automatically. But I would be curious to know what the trigger was here?

Check to see if you can find it inside the AutoRun log. Old logs are not removed, so you can take a peek.
