Hello since yesterday I only get grey bars with my camera 294mm pro.
The cable is ok I checked with an other one.
When I try an other camera instead this one I can get stars.
Before yesterday everything was fine.
What is wrong ?

oliviern If you have try different USB cables and power supplies, the problem may on the daughterboard. when and where did you purchase the camera? you can contact the seller for after-sales service. thank you.

Hello, For this Asi294MM Pro I have bought it in april 2021 at "Starpal Outdoor Store". So it is not under garantee anymore since one year.
Can you help me changing the daughterboard ? what is your email in order to continue de discussion ?
