Help on options and functions in the app

Where can I actually find an overview of all the options in the app? What does “Picked” mean? What does “Upvote” mean? Who selects “Featured” and “Hot”? What do I see when I click on the icon in the top right-hand corner, which is only in Chinese, and what's the deal with the “badges”? Many things are a bit puzzling to me.

Pick "is a collection function, where we can add our favorite works to my favorites.
Does Upvote refer to liking?
Popular and selected works are generated based on a comprehensive calculation of the number of views and likes a work receives within a day.
The medal function, you can click on the medal icon next to the avatar on the "Me" page to enter the detailed introduction page of the medal. Clicking on each medal will give you a detailed introduction of that medal.

in which context or for which achievement there is an “upvote” and who distributes this.
What benefits I actually receive for each level achieved. It's not in the description when I click on the medal.
Can I get some more clarity on this?

Brille I'm sorry that I didn't explain it clearly to you. Regarding the levels, you can click the level icon on the "Me" page, and then you will be taken to the level details page, where you can find a detailed explanation of the levels.

AstroNet@ZWO -- Hello, yes of course I know this page, but there is only a list of the level names, but not which benefits I get when I reach the respective levels. For example, I am currently level 6, but I don't see any new options or differences when I use the app.
