I have a ZWO ASI 1600GT mono (purchased in 2021), and on my last flat frames something strange showed up. It looks like a sort of caterpillar-structure at the left hand side of the frame (see picture). I inspected the sensor (Panasonic) under the microscope, and indeed there is something growing into the sensor from the egde. Could be chemical, could be biologic?
Anybody experienced something like this?
