Does that mean you can't connect the Air to a PC with a USB cable, just wirelessly?

Use the USB C to transfer your images to the PC. But not sure how to connect to ASIStudio. As above, tried WiFi and USB but camera not recognised. Anyone successfuly connected the AIR to ASIStudio?

Just download ASIStudio V1.12.1 Both cameras are now shown in the available cameras box when I connect the PC to the AIR WiFi. However the camera controls are greyed out and not available.

Received info from ZWO support. Cannot use ASIStudio to control ASI2600MC AIR.

On the product page it literally says the following:

Cross-Platform Device Control
Except from ASIAIR App, ASI2600MC Air can also wirelessly connect to ZWO’s proprietary PC control software, ASIStudio, and also other 3rd-party PC software. 3rd-party software can be controlled through ASCOM extended protocol Alpaca (requires ASCOM Platform version V6.6 or higher).

you can't use Studio to control the 2600 AIR

you need the ASIAIR app either for IOS or Android mobile devices

you can use ASIAIR app on a Mac PC if it uses an M series processor or via Bluestacks on a PC (android emulator)

Update: Can now connect to ASIStudio using Ascom Alpaca. Apparently there are more ZWO connections to come using Alpaca.
