ZWO 2600MC Air. No Wifi Available

The camera arrived and I installed it everything was working fine a couple of days ago. Tonight it was clear so I took it outside, started it up and the wifi appeared and I connected to it but the ASI Air app refused. (it was previously working)

I restarted the camera several times, the red light comes on and the dew heater is working but no wifi is available so I cant connect to it.

I have

tried the 5 sec reset but that does nothing
used various devices to look for the wifi its not there, both an iphone, mac and a Google Pixel phone
check that apps are on latest version

Suggestions Please?

astrobiker Hello. Could you please confirm if you can see "2600AIR_" in your WiFi list? Also, after pressing and holding the reset button for 5 seconds, did you hear the voice prompt saying "Reset successful"? This information will help us analyze the issue better. Thank you!

astrobiker Does the device announce that 'powered on, ready to connect' 20 seconds after the power is connected? And could you try all three power ports to see if works?

Also, if all does not work, could we check it remotely? thanks.

Yes we can setup a remote connection
