ASIStudio v1.12.1 has been released!

Hello, I just updated to this release and now the ASIStudio window opens, but the buttons to open any programs do not work. I have restarted the computer and tried reinstalling a couple of times and the problem still exists. The previous version I had, v1.12.0 worked fine. Can I get the download for the previous version? G8rA6xG9 Sorry for the trouble, we just looked into this problem and found it is related on dual graphics card, change the default graphics processor of ASIStudio to discrete graphics card will solve this problem.

Where is this change made? If I open an app such as Deepstack, I see it opens but isn't visible. I need to hover over the app in the system tray, then right click on the popup image, and pick move to get it to come into one of my screens. Not sure if that's the same bug?

It would be great if could add some options I miss from other planetary software to ASICap:

Being able to assign a personalized focus to every filter ( sometimes we need to focus differently for every single filter depending on seeing conditions ).
Copy automatically the Gain we assign to every single filter in the Control panel to Auto Run. Now I have to annotate every value for each filter out of ASICap and then enter it manually. It would be great if it can copy the value directly from Capture panel.
SER recording for 8 bit too. Sometimes when we choose the 16 bit option, the fps decreases. AVI was great a long ago but SER is more complete.
Select an area in the image to set the Resolution. Right now, with the Custom option, is quite difficult to know if the size of the image covers the planet correctly and sometimes we need to try and try until we get the desired resolution for the object. If we could draw directly the area in the image, it would be really helpful.
Apply the filter color to the Histogram ( just cosmetic, but helps to know which filter we are using in monochrome ).
Custom presets for every planet, so when you are shooting different targets during the same session, we can change fast from one to the other.

Tech@ZWO Please add to the list being able to manually select a filter from a list. This has been requested YEARS ago and it still isn't possible. There are many like me who use a filter slider and others a manual filter wheel to switch filters and for processing the images it helps if the filter name appears in the FITS headers. This is currently not the case and it is quite annoying because it introduces a lot of unnecessary manual labor when loading the images in processing software. Thanks!

Is it possible to manually align or adjust the histogram? I have a series of images, and I visually see a lot of greens, with histogram lines for all three colors aligned. The stacked image is primarily red - with the green line significantly 'lower' than the red or blue on the histogram.

I'm not sure if this is another bug, but it's somehow linked to my darks. If I even add a single 5 minute dark, green is gone and red is blown out.

I've tried 1.12.1 on both PC and Mac - and they both remove all the green from the image using the darks I've captured. I'll see if I still have an older version to try.

Just to clarify, I'm referring to the histogram in the Deepstack app.

I'm sorry, can you clarify? Open the final stacked image in the fitsviewer and whitebalance from there? I've seen the histogram in there, but will have to look for the button. Thanks.
