Malfunctioning usb3 ports on asiair

I have the problem of only the usb2 ports working on the asiair. Anything plugged into the usb3 ports is not detected at all, take it out and put it in the usb2, suddenly it can see the device again. Both usb3 ports are not working.... The usb2 ports are fine.

NicholasJoannou I think you might tried different USB cables and devices, in this case it may need to ship back to us for repair.
When and where did you purchase this ASIAIR Plus? we provide 2 years warranty, usually, you can directly contact the seller for after-sales service.
