When connected it does not display the temperature of the environment, it is 8 or 9 degrees lower. If I'm outside to take pictures and the temperature is 7 degrees, the camera is 0 and below zero degrees. The camera has no year of use. It gets on your nerves when you are told to test with their program, to change the cable, the source, as if you don't know what to do. It's the second changed ASI 294 camera that behaves the same. I didn't insist anymore and I accepted it as it is. I also ask the manufacturers of ASI cameras, you really don't care about the quality of the products, they are not tested when they are sent for sale.
