My Seestar does not "see" anymore , Help !

My seestar bought in July seems to have an issue , here is what happens :
During night when i ask through application to point a target like M31 or a planet the seestar moves , goes in right direction but never finds the target (stays searching long time close to target 0,1% )
Then i tried in scenery mode during daylight i pointed to several buildings or objects at distance , i tried to direct the telescope to precise objects like a tree , a roof, etc..and i always get a red screen on my application if i pass my hand over the lens the screen becomes black so it detects some light but the landscape is not displayed on the application, i tried to focus auto or manual no change
it seems like something is hiding the lens ? is there a way o reset completely the seestar ?
It tried to reset wifi : no change Download application on my phone : no change
Firmware is 2.95
Can someone help me ?

AxelU If it can detects light, may be a problem with the focus.
Please point the seestar at a distance target 30 meters aways. then turn on the manual focus panel. and just it to check the focus position.

My S50 sometimes takes forever to lock to a target, it gets stuck in the Identifying... stage, although it is already in position, it just doesn't know it yet. When that happens, which is about 25% of the time, I simply cancel the GoTo and start the capture manually, it always works and always saves me time.

After the latest firmware update, this has the added benefit that the acquisition does not start automatically, so I still have an opportunity to adjust focus, enable or disable the LP filter, change the field of view, etc. Like in the olden days, so I find myself interrupting the GoTo not because it would fail or take too long, but because I can avoid the automatic capture start, which is a pain that ZWO seems to enjoy inflicting on all of us. I do not remember a single user to say here that they love this feature. If there is anybody here that loves this feature and would be sorry to see it gone please comment.
