Patriot Supersonic Rage USB problems

Hi all,
I bought a Patriot Supersonic Rage 250GB usb 3 stick to use with my ASIAIR. I have it plugged into one of the USB 3 slots on the ASIAIR
However it is a disaster. It will save images in preview, autorun etc but will not load them to view in image management. It just stays on 'loading' but never displays the image.
It will also not eject when I try to do so via the app.
It causes disconnects from the wifi and camera too.
I have an old usb 2 generic usb stick that works perfectly.
I have reformatted the Patriot stick to ExFat twice and still no difference.
Anyone have any experience with this?
The stick itself reads and writes fine when plugged into my Mac

Cassiopeia1 Hello. Is your phone running Android or iOS? What is your software version? If your ASIAIR box does not shut down after the error occurs, can you send us the error log? Thank you.

PMTeam@ZWO Hi, thanks very much for the reply. I am on iOS. Both the software(of the app) and firmware of the ASIAIR unit are the latest versions. I have just uploaded the log via the bug report section of the app. Is there another way to get the log for you or is that sufficient?
