ASI2600MC Duo guiding camera deconnexion

hello,

last night, the integrated guiding camera of my ASI2600MC Duo did deconnexions/reconnexions very often. After deconnecting/reconnecting automatically (message "Guiding camera reconnected successfully"), the guiding did not re-start.

What I tried with no success:

changing the power supply (originally supplied by ASIAIR Plus itself connected to AM5N), and then switch to an independant lab power supply (and change of the power cable), with no success...

to be noticed: if i plug the EAG to the ASI2600MC Duo, I also have deconnexion/reconnexion of the EAF ...

vincent.lecocq Usually we recommend using extra power to power ASIAIR, then power the AM5N via ASIAIR, because the max output current from the AM5N is only 3A, which may not be enough for ASIAIR and other devices. so exchange the power sequence to see if any difference,

ok thank you ... I power supplied asi2600mc independtly of asiAir with no change (with asi air still supplied by the mount ... and supplying power for no equipment), but i maybe missed something ... i'll perform other tests asap,
