Help Brand New to Seestar S50

I was wondering if there is a filter adapter for the lens to add various filters.
recommended inexpensive alternative tripod for my seestar s50.
I keep hearing you can only capture for like 10 minutes at a time.... can I capture an object longer like 1,2,3,4,5 hours for better detail of an object during post image processing.
I don't like having to switch between my ipad and laptop for some functions like ASIStudio and SIRIL, is there a post image processing application that is recommended on my ipad. PS... I have Photoshop and Lightroom on my ipad if that helps. Or is there a way to get everything working on my Win11 laptop.

of course, there are many unofficial ones on various markets (I recommend the Artesky one), keep in mind that you can only install 2" filters... I, the owner of 1.25" filters, am terribly disappointed!

StellarVision 1. The S50 tripod is fine, if you do not mind the short legs - the shorter they are, the more stable the S50 is, so unless you really want a taller one you do not need a different tripod.

Make sure it has 3/8"-16 screw to fit your S50. If it only has an 1/4"-20 one it will not fit the telescope. What I found very useful is something like this, to make leveling the S50 easier, which is only needed if you do Solar and Lunar imaging:

That is not correct, there is no 10-minute limit in Stargazing mode. Exposures between 1 and 2 hours are definitely possible. If you want more than that you can always stack multiple exposures, even ones taken on different nights, using and external program like Siril (free) or PixInsight (not free).
Postprocessing is a CPU intensive task, you do not want to do that on your iPad. I just transfer the FIT files from the S50 to my Win11 laptop and do all the processing there. I do not even have an iPad, so I do not know if you can do any serious postprocessing on it.

I think the 10min limit is for objects when in solar system mode. In stargazing the battery and local storage is the limit.
Not sure if you need more time to get good raw data to stack i.e the moon. You can always start a new 10min session and stack those together.

On my android phone I'm sometimes use the inbuilt image app to adjust the images. The Seestar app can also do some image enhancement but i find the inbuilt for android better. That said I'm using Siril for my post processing.

starnet59 I have to add to the No 3., that postprocessing is not just a CPU intensive task. For the fast stacking you need to store your sub images on an SSD instead of a classic HDD. HDDs are way too slow for this task. When you have over 2-3000 sub frames, Siril, Pixinsight and other softwares create over 100 GB of data in seconds what classic HDDs are unable to handle this quick. Stacking 3000 sub frames from a HDD is 2 hours, the same from SSD is 5 minutes.
