ASI461MM USB2 Ports Power Capability

I connected a Pegasus Falcon V2 rotator to the 461 and started seeing strange problems. Pegasus says the Falcon requires 700ma when rotating. Is this within the capability of the ASI461. One problem is the rotator is disconnecting when it starts to rotate and the other is it not showing up at all.

You are exceeding the USB 2.0 specs for self powered devices -- USB 2.0 specs only provides 500 mA of power.
