Mount connections to Asiair plus

Hi I recently purchased a Asiair plus unit for my asi guide camera ect, but having difficulty with my Skywatcher Skyliner 300P Flex Tube SynScan GOTO Dobsonian Telescope With WiFi ,I have also purchased an rjll to usb cable but have read that there is a software patch Also required ,could you help with this please, thanking you in advance Robalex.

Is their mount even supported by the ASIAIR?

Hi I want my skywalker synscan 300p as goto to be controlled with Asiair plus o use a rj11 to usb from mount hand set tu usb2 on Asiair. I've set up the work station

But still no joy, is there any book out called Asiair connections for dummy's? I could make good use of it!! ,do I need to put synscan pro into the work station?please help if you can.thank you in advance Robert
