Feature Request, Periodic automatic focusing

Would it be possible to implement a setting for an automatic refocusing at a selectable interval?

I see lots of internet discussions mentioning that the Seestar sometimes changes focus with temperature change, and I have observed this myself.

Why? Focus shouldn't ever need to change within a given session. All your targets are effectively infinitely distant.

Daemon42 It's nothing to do with the distance of the object. The temperature drops during the night and the focus is keep changing. 5 degrees drop causes 5-10 focus steps difference.

Focus can change with temperature, that is why. I would like to second this request.

I've seen the claims of it, but never actually seen it happen. I do occasionally recheck the focus and I've seen it change a little between sessions (still often hovering within 1 or 2 points of a specific value), but never between the beginning and end of a single hours long session..
