ASI2600MM Pro refuses to change to temperature lower than 0 deg C

ASI2600MM Pro refuses to change to temperature lower than 0 deg C. I tried to manually set the temperature by selecting -10 deg C button or manually inputting "-10" on ASIAIR but both refused to set.

The sensor temperature reads 0 deg C and the cooler capacity is running at around 20% (while ambient temperature is around 15 deg C)

Is it the software problem or the hardware problem?

dickson Could you test the camera on PC in our software-ASIStudio? if it works means the camera is fine.

Tech@ZWO I checked the camera with the ASIAIR mini without any issue. The problem only happens when the camera connected with ASIAIR (version 1). I suspect it is the software problem with the ASIAIR, because I can't modify the temperature setting. I can't set any other temp except 0 deg C.

Both my ASIAIR mini and ASIAIR (version 1) running on the latest firmware (v2.2.2)

dickson This is due to the ASIAIR APP version and the ASIAIR 1Gen firmware version are not corresponded.
The final firmware version for ASIAIR 1 Gen is 10.94, and we stopped the upgrade for it now. So, it may have some problems when new apps work with it.
Downgrading the app to 2.1.2 will solve this.

Tech@ZWO how to downgrade the firmware of asiair v1 to the latest support version (10.94), while I keep the Asiair app as v2.2.2?

Since my tablet uses with asiair v1 and asiair mini alternatively.

dickson The newest firmware on ASIAIR V1 is 10.94, no need to downgrade it, but you may need to use an extra device to install the old version ASIAIR APP for ASIAIR V1

Tech@ZWO I found my ASIAIR v1 firmware version is 10.93 instead of 10.94, so I can I update it to 10.94? And, where to get the ASIAPP v2.1.2 apk for Android?
