Hi I have 3 years of fits files All are affected in exacly the same way. V1.13.1 reports star sizes roughtly doubled when opened. The images are aunaffacted and display correctly its just they are reported inccorectly.
Reinstalling an older version the reported sizes are the smaller as they should be. I don't use asi studio for capture.
