so very new to all this and setting up for first time
asi air plus . 120mm zwo guide . 1294 mc pro main , elf zwo , heq5 pro mount with eq mod cable
72 ed main scope

issues are as follows
in main camera drop down both cameras appear . so selected 1294 as main and turned on , all good there
in guide camera there is nothing in the drop down menu
also the mount icon has nothing at all when I press it , just a blank screen

any thoughts please , I have checked all cables , ensured I have good strong 12.4 volts

    I assume each usb from each device is plugged straight into the asiair and have their respective 12v plugged in where needed.

    You mention on the first camera screen both show up, but not on the second, this is odd. They'd usually either show up or not at all. One thing I have found since the plus and mini were released, sometimes the cameras don't both register if you plug the usb of the camera in a certain way (in one of my minis I cannot have two cameras plugged in the usbs one on top of the other, I have to have them side by side for some reason, plugging the mount into a bottom one works fine for some reason).

    The other thing to try is plug in one at a time to troubleshoot and see what happens.

    I never had this usb cable connection order with the gen1 or pro asiair, they worked fine.

    Hi, correct me if I’m wrong but does the guide camera connect directly into the back of the 294 camera. I have a 294 and a 174 guide camera and I connect, by the usb, directly into the back of the 294 where you will find two usb slots.

      oPKyr501 Hello. What software version are you using? Are you using IOS or Android? If the ASIAIR has not shut down after the problem occurs. Can you send us the error log and related screenshots?

        denababy you can if you're short on USB connections on the asiair. For troubleshooting try the second port, after that try connecting all devices via usb to the asiair only.
